Policies
Nia is generally done in bare feet. If you can't remove your shoes for medical or other reasons, it is best to wear ballet slippers or soft-soled shoes such as those worn by gymnasts. Shoes may be worn as permitted by the instructor.
Bring a small bottle of water and a hand towel.
If you are attending your first class, please contact us to make sure that there are no last-minute changes to the class schedule.
Rates
The drop in for the first class costs $10.
Drop in is $15 per class for a 1 hour class.
Private instruction is $75/hour.
A series of 10 classes is only $7.50 per class.
